The EU Myan Ku Fund, a project funded by the European Union under the UNOPS managed Nexus Response Mechanism, has been extended until February, 2022. "Myan Ku" means quick assistance. The project is implemented by sequa gGmbH together with Wave Money. Myan Ku was first launched on May 1st, 2020 using some resources from the EU's SMART Textile & Garments project, and continues to work in close cooperation with SMART, as both projects are focused within the Myanmar garment and textile industry and are implemented by sequa.
