On February 15th, SMART Myanmar's Social Compliance and Labor Relation Team conducted a workshop at J&J Garment factory, targeted to factory supervisors and workers. The workshop focused on raising awareness of termination, cultural differences between Chinese and Myanmar nations, law requirements and factory procedures for workplace coordinating committee (WCC) and 89 workers from J&J factory participated in this workshop.
