SMART Myanmar's ILO certified SCORE trainers, Ye Hein Htet and Zar Chi Tun, started a new round of SCORE training with local SME Shwe Pazun. SCORE teaches managers and workers at SMEs how to cooperate together for workplace improvements. The program starts by activating an "enterprise improvement team" composed of both managers and workers who can work together on improving production safety, comfort and efficiency. By listening to worker voices SMEs can unlock a powerful source of insight into company improvements.

- SMART Environmental Management Program - two options: chemical management or energy/water/waste efficiency.
- SCORE Program - designed especially for SMEs, SCORE focuses on safety, worker/manager cooperation, HR management, product quality management and lean management.
All of the above programs involve a combination of on-site technical assessments, corrective action plans and advisory support, on-site training delivery and follow-up assessment visits.
