The closing and certificate ceremony of 2nd round Chemical Management & Detox Program by SMART Myanmar is held on 17th November 2018 at Wyne Hotel, located at Kyaik Waing Pagoda Road, Mayangone Township, Yangon, Myanmar. During the 2nd round program, SMART Myanmar's technical experts team especially worked with 6 factories and helped these factories to strengthen their environmental management policies and systems, to have better on chemical purchasing practies as well as to have sufficient usage and knowledge on PPE, the global harmonized system (GHS) and other related topics. The participated factories learnt about chemical inventory and chemical risk management.  

During the Induction and Certificate Ceremony, SMART Myanmar's Project Team Leader, Jacob and the Executive Member, Dr. U Aung Win from MGMA (Myanmar Garment Manufacturers Association) did a great honor with the welcoming speeches to the completed 6 factories. After then, one of the technical expert from SMART's chemical team reviewed the brief of each factory's achievements. Dr. Aung Win, executive member of MGMA awarded certificates to those 6 factories, WanHe Garment Factory, Myanmar Ha Hae, SDI, Pada Myanmar as well as Reva Co.,Ltd from KyaukSe which are accomplished in this 2nd round program, accepted their completion certificates and the individual from each factory also accepted recognition certificate who attempted their best on this round.
